Would you like to return an item?
You can easily create your own returns label via our GLS returns portal.

Returns procedure:
1. Open the GLS returns portal.
2. Create your returns label.
3. Print out the label or use the mobile parcel label / QR code.
4. Drop off your parcel at a GLS Parcel Shop.
Important note:
Please ensure the goods are securely packed for transport and remove or cover over any old shipping labels completely.
