All items ordered through gb.snooper.eu are normally delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the order date via Standard Shipping (other delivery options are available). If your order is delayed, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible.
All items are delivered by courier and require a signature on delivery. If you are not available when the product is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card and try again the next business day. If delivery cannot be made the next working day, the courier will leave instructions on how to arrange a collection from the delivery center. Parcels are kept for a maximum of seven days.

Payment for Goods can be made by credit or debit card or by cheque. If paying by check please make it payable to Performance Product Ltd. and allow five business days for the funds to clear before the product(s) can be shipped.

Yes. To exercise your right of return all goods (purchased directly from us) must be returned to Snooper (In Phase International Ltd) at your own expense. Consumers have 14 days from receipt of delivery of the original order to report a return and send it back to us within 14 calendar days of this notification. For a full refund, all products must be returned unused and undamaged with all original packaging and any freebies that came with it. If items are not returned in full, Snooper (In Phase International Ltd) reserve the right, at our discretion, to deduct a percentage of the original purchase price.
All goods are your responsibility until they reach Snooper (In Phase International Ltd) warehouse and are signed for. All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. Please allow 14 calendar days for a refund to be processed after receipt of the goods.
Customers must pay postage for non-faulty returned items. For incorrect/faulty products please call Snooper (In Phase International Ltd) before returning an item to discuss the return procedure.
Refunds will be issued to the debit or credit card used for payment at the time of purchase and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction is complete.

Snooper products are guaranteed against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase when purchased from snooper.co.uk, In Phase International Ltd or an authorized Snooper retailer .
Customer Returns - Limited Warranty
Defective products up to 30 days after purchase:-
Refund or replacement policy, contact seller directly about this. The user is responsible for keeping the software up-to-date! All products must be returned complete with accessories and original packaging.
Defective products from 31 days to 12 months after purchase.
Snooper (In Phase International Ltd) offers a fast repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and determine the fault. Contact seller for return procedure, all warranty claims MUST go through seller. The consumer is responsible for software updates! We do not guarantee, represent or undertake that we will be able to repair or replace any product under this warranty without risk and/or loss of information and/or data stored on your device.
We do not cover failures caused by accident, neglect, abuse or normal wear and tear. All products must be returned complete with accessories and original packaging.
ALL PURCHASES OF SNOOPER PRODUCTS FROM UNAUTHORIZED SNOOPER DEALERS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
The terms of this Limited Warranty and the extent of (In Phase International Ltd) responsibility under this Limited Warranty are as follows:
A. This Limited Warranty is void if service is performed by anyone other than an Authorized Snooper Warranty Service Center and the product is damaged.
B. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any Product which has been subjected to abuse, neglect or accident, or which has had its serial number altered, defaced or removed, or which has been connected, installed, adjusted or repaired except in accordance with Snooper's instructions.
C. Should you have any problems with the performance of this product during the warranty period please call Snooper or visit our website www.snooperneo.co.uk. You can also contact Snooper Customer Service at the address below for any assistance you may need with Snooper products.
D. Proof of purchase date from an authorized Snooper dealer is required for warranty service on this product.
E. Snooper products purchased from any source other than an authorized Snooper retailer, including any purchases made over the Internet.
F. from a non-Internet authorized Snooper dealer are not covered by Snooper's Limited Warranty to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
G. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from EU country to EU country.
H. All implied warranties, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, shall not have a longer duration than the warranty period set forth above. Under no circumstances shall Snooper be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Because some EU countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
I. The product must be shipped in the original box or equivalent, fully insured and shipping costs prepaid. Snooper accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
J. snooper's sole responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to repairing the Product or replacing the Product (whichever is deemed appropriate and at snooper's sole discretion).
K. This Limited Warranty does not cover static or other electrical interference, labor or other related or incidental charges incurred in removing or reinstalling the device for repair.
